At Pacific Coast Dive Center, we want to offer you a complete experience, combining the adventure of the sea with the comfort of cozy lodging.

About the package

We have created a special package that combines our diving, snorkeling, and boat tour services with a stay in a furnished house, perfect for relaxing after your days of underwater exploration.

For each service you purchase, you will be entitled to book additional nights of accommodation per day of service. For example:

  • If you book 1 tour, you can book up to 2 nights of accommodation.
  • If you book 2 tours, you can book up to 3 nights of accommodation.
  • And so on, adding one additional night for each tour you book.

The house has all the amenities you need for your stay: comfortable rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, relaxation areas, and a peaceful atmosphere that is ideal for unwinding after your adventures at sea.

More important information

If your reservation is for 6 days or more, an additional cleaning fee of $40 will be charged to ensure that the accommodation is kept in perfect condition throughout your stay.

  • Check-in: After 3:00 p.m.
  • Check-out: Before 11:00 a.m.

Before leaving, turn off all lights and fans, and lock the doors.

House Rules

Use of the property
The accommodation is designed to offer our guests a comfortable and relaxing stay before or after their activities. Guests are expected to maintain cleanliness and order during their stay, taking care of the facilities and furniture.

Laundry
There is a washing machine available on the property that guests can use during their stay. We ask that you use it responsibly and in moderation, leaving the area clean and tidy after use.

Smoking policy
Smoking is not permitted inside the house. However, there is a designated outdoor area where guests may smoke. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining this rule for the well-being of all.

Pets on the property
Friendly dogs live on the property. If any of them escape during your arrival or departure, please notify the hosts immediately so they can bring them inside. Guests are not expected to handle the dogs, only to report any incidents to avoid accidents.

Contact and support during your stay
The hosts will be available for any questions or assistance related to your accommodation or activities. We want your experience to be comfortable, safe, and enjoyable.

No wandering around the property at night
For safety reasons, it is strictly forbidden to wander around the property at night outside of the designated areas. Our dogs will be loose on the rest of the grounds. This measure is intended to prevent incidents and ensure everyone’s peace of mind.

** Failure to comply with house rules will result in eviction without refund and additional charges if applicable.

Capacity: 4 people (2 double beds)

Includes: A/C, WiFi, equipped kitchen, private parking. Does not include a pool.

Cleaning fee: $40 per cleaning service coordinated during the stay
(applicable to reservations of 6 days or more). Cleaning will be done halfway through the stay; for example, if the reservation is from Monday to Saturday, it will be done on Wednesday. This additional cost will be covered by the guest.

Cancellation Policy

RESERVATION POLICY

Advance Cancellations

1. If you cancel your reservation at least 8 days prior to the scheduled date, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.

2. If you cancel within 7 days prior to the start of your activity or stay, a charge of 100% of the total reservation will apply.

3. In case of a no-show on the day of the activity or arrival, no refund will be made.

Rescheduling

1. If you need to change the date of your reservation, you may do so once without penalty, provided you give at least 5 days’ notice.

2. Changes will be subject to availability on the new dates requested.

3. If a rescheduling is applied and then an attempt is made to cancel the reservation, the 100% penalty will apply according to the original reservation.

Cancellations due to weather conditions or force majeure

If a water activity or tour must be canceled due to bad weather or causes beyond our control, you will be offered the option to reschedule the activity or receive a full refund for the affected activity.

Note: The cancellation of water activities does not affect accommodation, which remains as per the reservation made.

Reservations with accommodation: If your reservation exceeds 6 days and includes an additional cleaning fee of $40, this amount is non-refundable in case of cancellation.

Cancellations due to flight delays or cancellations

1. If your cancellation is due to a delayed or canceled flight, no refund will be issued unless you provide official evidence from the airline confirming the delay or cancellation.

2. No refund will be issued in cases of missed flights for reasons beyond the airline’s control, such as late arrival at the airport, scheduling errors, lengthy immigration procedures, among others.

Modern, newly built house located in Brasilito, Guanacaste, just a 5-minute drive from the beach. Ideal for couples or small groups looking to relax and connect with nature. It has two bedrooms, each with a double bed, two fully equipped bathrooms, air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, WiFi, and private parking.

In addition, the property is completely fenced and has an exclusive area for tenants who rent it, ensuring privacy and security during your stay.

Yes, in some cases we can store your luggage a few hours before or after, depending on availability.

Is there a laundry room?

We do not have laundry facilities on the property, but there is a laundromat less than 5 minutes away by car. However, for stays longer than 3 days, we provide a washing machine on the property, available from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (guests must bring their own supplies).

Do we need to rent a vehicle?

It is recommended to have a vehicle for greater comfort and access to nearby beaches and services.

Are there any basic items in the kitchen?

Yes, the kitchen is equipped with utensils, dishes, pots, pans, a coffee maker, blender, oven, and refrigerator.

Important: During the rainy season (May to November),
there may be occasional power outages due to storms. We do our best to mitigate these inconveniences, but restoration depends on the local power company.
